Mumbai Burning... Yes it is

So !! Once again India is hit by terrorists , some saying they are Hyderabadis but apparently they have a punjabi tone ( expected to be from some place in Pakistan may be Faridkot , I cant be sure ) . Anyway the thing is with every attack that has taken place in last few months it has been a little different claiming more and more lives and the one in Mumbai is definitely an event that is which must be an eye opener for the governments both the center and the state. There have been people in India who have been working for the terrorits so perniciously that they dont even care about human lives any more. Neither do the people in government and security agencies.

This event has put a big question mark on the faces of the departments of intelligence and internal security. Leave aside the soldiers fighting for us , is there anyone else doing his job properly? What are these people employed for I would not talk about the politicians as I have realized it the hard way that these people are born just to make things worse. I am questioning intelligent people sitting in the chairs which hold enough power to create , maintain and improve internal peace and security in Country.
This is my humble request to all of them to please leave the bureaucracy for a few days and do your job. We Indians are totally fine with you all being corrupt. We are ready to pay you bribe also if you say ,for our security. Anyway we are already paying that for every little thing that we get done from the government bodies be it driving license, cooking gas , getting passport enquiry done everything , it will be too long a list if i start putting it down in this blog.
You guys decide how much u need per head to ensure that the intelligence, security and policing agencies will work properly in future.

Anyway this is a long process , peace with the current system in place is highly unlikely and I dont think there is any hope that situation is going to improve and anyway we have already started getting used to with all these terrorist activities.

ha ha ha
So terrorists this is for you all.. "Do not do it so much that we lose all our fear. "

Good luck Major General Hooda and NSG commandos , get rid of them ( the bad people) as soon as possible.

Now lets talk about Dear Mr. ShivRaj patil our dearest Home minster, What the hell are u doing man? please leave the castist politics for a few minute , OBC guys can get the reservation a few months later too , ohhhh dont worry about remaining seats in IIMs and government jobs. We 'll get that sorted out later.. and these people are equally patriotic than other casts they too dont want that you talk about reservation now or go change 5 dresses a day ( lol ) . This is the time India is under attack , do something , if you can not please let others do.

Now another thing , Mumbai is burning ( I read this headline at more than 15 places in last 2 days ) , was'nt it burning before that ? It was .. believe me it was. Where is Mr. Thackrey and his people why dont they go fight those terrorists , are they asking the same question to the army and NSG commandos too ( Bhaiya Ho kya ? ) ..
I got an sms yesterday that at this moment no one is marathi , bengali or blah blah we are Indians. Why do we become Indians when we are under attack ? Cant we be Indians always in peace , in happiness . Think about , chew about it , pray about it.

Desperation Vs Passion

I do not know where to start this topic , it came to my mind while I was so restless after a 2 hour long meeting and suddenly this thought struck my mind... " At every point of time in life a person ,irrespective of gender , age , work , sexual orientation and blah blah ( every possible classification criteria that sociologists may use to classify humans ) , is running after something or the other. He ( No offense feminists I am using he just to put the point , one may replace it with whatever pronoun reflecting a person )always needs , I would rather say "wants" something so desperately that he feels that things are not as they should be . There is an illusion that his life will be so happy after getting what he wants. I was thinking that desperation for anything ,be it career, education, luxuries, money , sex or whatever
, creates a deep sense of rejection in others minds if it is reflected in the behavior.
Some times it is ridiculed too.
One question that I asked myself was that "what is the difference between chasing a dream and desperation to make that dream come true ?".
There comes the point of passion. (Passion :An irrational but irresistible motive for a belief or action ). I do not know why but Passion is a respected term in society . A person passionate about anything except drugs and sex is definitely respected in my society. By definition itself if you see desperation for anything is kind of a feeling which comes when you think that there are no hopes to get that thing today tomorrow or forever. Then we start pushing hard to get it and in turn what we get is a deep sens of despair , frustration to put it in better words "The feeling that everything is wrong and nothing will turn out well".
Even though it is not true. Just leave it for a minute and think whatever you are trying to get is not worth killing yourself with the thought that you need it desperately. Isnt it? Just think about it.

Anyway I got distracted from the reality and went to preaching. So coming back to the topic , what I feel is that approaching a problem with a positive thought not only in mind but reflecting that in our actions too is the key. There are things that we want to have but it is not always possible . SO leave what you dont get behind and look forward to what you can achieve. Be passionate about your goals ( only realistic ones ) and try to get that with all the means possible. I am sure it would make life a lot better and this world a lot better place to live.

THINK WHAT YOU CAN GET ( MOSTLY WHAT YOU NEED ) NOT WHAT YOU WANT.

Have a wonderful life .

Howcome Hindu Gods Aint Glamorous ...

Finally last Friday night I completed my first assignment ( Part o my Job ). Anyway it was hell of a Job first because I had no idea what m I supposed to do second I had a bad bad headache. Anyway Friday evening when I started I had no idea when "ll I be able to finish the work AI was doing .. People who are a little technical ( a little more than me can understand if I tell them that I was trying to resolve an issue that was not allowing my EIM job to run.It was kinda my first actual work that I finished mostly using online (i.e. People who were online ) help only. Anyway I cant explain it to you how bad condition I was in. I had a train to catch at 11 and it was already 10 . I was one of the very few people who were stayin late to finish their work > may be some of them were not like me ( I was forced to finish my work as it was last day .. Not funny .. its serious ).
I was in so pathetic in a condition that I had started thinking that I wont be able to finish the job and I would have to sleep in office only. Man!!!! that was a horrible thought . No food no bed .. It was like where the hell I am . Why dint I finish it earlier.

I was praying to God ( Definitely a Hindu one ) and right then some songs crossed my mind and to my surprise all of them were for gods that are not Hindu.
And then came the classical thought on which I am forced to write this blog ??
HOW COME NONE OF THE HINDU GODS ARE GLAMOROUS !!!!!
I mean you have unlimited number of songs for praying to allah ( Many song pouring in every day, thanks to our Talent Hunt shows and stupid population ) , or the christian God , havent heard much chinese but may be they have it for the CHinese god too , I have no Idea which religion do they follow.. Oh Lord Budhdha... He was saint so may be there aint any song for him... But our Hindu gods are fun loving and some of them do spend some time listening to music and watching Hot Ladies ( girls , ladies or aunties ,, can't say exact;y coz no idea how do APSARAS look ..)dancing for their timepass. Don't they ?? They are glamorous for sure.. But there arent many songs on them , yeah you may find some aartis and some of there religious cassettes playing in some religious festival ( mostly sung by worst of the singers who never got a chance to sing in an actual movie or album ( no offense to real talents ) , thanks to cassette company.)
But that is not glamor you know.. they are singing it because if they dont they would not have anything to eat .. Its there bread and butter.. ( No offense )

Glamor is being sung about in movies when heroine is dancing or running around in sleaziest possible decent dress ( hope you get it ) and hero is getting beaten by a group of hundred or more armed gundas in some jungle. and then suddenly some baba starts singing some song that becomes prayer of the audience's heart . Tehn the prayer is answered and hero finally gets to hold heroine's hands and hug her ( or may be do something later , but too much beating wont allow that obviously ) .

Anyway my point is why dint contemporary singers and lyricists prefer to call a Hindu God for aid??

Now it becomes a serious issue. I have some answers but I wont say anything I want you to think .
Please do..

After all we dont care about Gods anyway its all money politics power and fun.

Ya Ali Madad !!

Can God save this country?

Two events on two consecutive days shook me from inside one SC justice's comment "Even God will not be able to help this country. God is a mute spectator as he also feels helpless. Our country's character has gone, We are helpless. " and Home Ministry's lack of sincerity in the matter of banning SIMI.
I still dont understand why we trust this politicians to run our country who dont even care to do their job properly . I mean we are electing them to take care of everything from administration to foreign policy to internal and national security. But are they capable enough?
May be they are if they could find sometime out of there schedule to look into matters of national importance. We just sit here and maximum that we can do is write a blog on how bad we feel about what these people are doing sitting in power or opposition. I mean are the VOTES only thing that they can think of .. every policy every action that they take is for people who can not even think whom to give their vote. They can easily impres them by doing stupid things such as giving extra reservation or some other stuff.
Anyways when justice Agrawal said that we are helpless and nobody can help us , not even God , definitely he would have been deeply hurt and he too must have felt helpless. In case of Central and state governments opposing any amendment in section 441 of the Indian Penal code to make the unauthorized occupation of government bungalows a non- bailable offense.
Why would they do that.. half of their people only have occupied most of the Government property , they think why to leave government property even after they leave their posts.
And after that their claim that number of people affected by this law is solow that they do not want to amend the law..What the hell is going on in this country .. Can't anyone of the politicians whom we trust with our lives be mature enough to understand their responsibilities.
Government says that Public Premises act is good enough to protect government property. Do we look too dumb that they are making these kind of statements?May be we are but the judiciary?Obviously they are not dumb.. But what can they do???
May be they can do something about it .. but what a citizen of this country can do ??
I am not sure.I mean we only elect these people knowing that they are going to act like this.May God Help Us.May Mother India Survive selfish acts of spoony politicians.

On the IT Sofah...

"O dear ! Had been waiting for this day for so long . Finally joined an IT company . Now i have one more tension .. Yar Rishi I am not allocated to any project yet .. I am on BENCH"... When one of my friends said this a few days back i realized BENCH is one the scariest words in I industry... first all the companies would say that they have a lot of work and there is always a cos cutting issue too .. i don understand one thing how come they can afford an employee whom these companies pay for being on Bench,.... Anyways now comes a really funny issue,,, when you say that u r on bench you might feel bad or may think that it is somehow make you subject of other's jokes or pitty or self pitty.. so we devised a new term .. Being on sofa... Sofa seems to be a lot more interesting and less offencive than the term BEnch... isnt it? Obviously it doesnot change any ground reality but i m sure its a good effort to make your situation a l'il funny ...

SO being on sofa ? Is it really bad....

Keep looking for more on SOFAH,... :)

Relevance Of Gandhian Philosophy in Corporate World ...

Gandhian philosophy.. who doesnt wanna talk about it... actually No one wants to talk bout it... I was travelling eith DTC to Anand Vihar ( Delhi ) when one of my friends quoted this topic because he had to present it infront a panel today... Even though I am not very interested in Gandhian philosophy but being an INdian and a professional in IT industry mad eme think what exactly is the relevance.. Public Disobedience in Corporate??? When you are talking bout Indian scenario I dont think there is any scope for that what so ever. I mean guys here are dumb, selfich and competitive and worst of all they dont wanna take risk and keep doing the job they have been doing for so long for a little money that firm can give on its own terms.

Now one good thing about it might be the implementation of Harijan concept in a far better way when in industry. Every one actually gets a fair chance to grow and peroform and get the benefits... really? Suddenly this thought struck my mind whether the candidates in government colleges who got in through reservation seats get the fair chance? I dont know and wont comment on that either..

Other things truth and discipline are fairly accomodated in Industry beacuse if you are not disciplined then you'll be kicked out of industry sooner than you expect.
and aboviously there is no big scope for a lie...

So over all our corporates are somehow following Gandhian philosophy better than our politicians and bureaucrats do...

Didi it make you think???
If yes do let me know...

ON Firing Spree IN IT..

Dah...
What m i gonna write here...
A few days back.. i mean around a year back i used to be very happy being a computer science graduate from a relatively better college i used to think that
what the hell would have i done if were in some department like Mechanical electrical or Chemical or blah blah...
I thought it would very simple to get into a software giant ( that i got into..)but Gods were waiting for this moment.. and suddenly when i was about to join US economy went into recession.. i guess US was not waiting for this moment their economy was **cked up already but we ( i mean or finance experts) realised a bit late.
Anyways.. IT industry has become a destrucrive game and big players are more or less like the animated fighters in QUAKE and they actually are on a firing spree...
Why dont they think bout the lives of people who are getting fired...
people who have been in industry for long enough dont care if they get fired becuse many are there who are waiting for them with a better package and stuff..
but what about freshers....???

Question question question....

What should tehy do??

I dun care what they do with freshers ( even though i m one of them) but i m sure bout one thing
" Loyalty towards the hiring company is definitely going to disappear from the priority list of IT Buds"
